Q: What if I need an adjustment or repair on my glasses?
A: We schedule a 2-3 month follow-up visit after our initial visit, during which any necessary adjustments can be performed. If you need anything in the meantime, please check our website for the LookMobile’s daily location. While we don't have a permanent shop, we strive to accommodate requests for adjustments or repairs during our workplace appointments. Q: Do you offer a warranty on eyeglasses purchased from the LookMobile?
A: Yes, we provide a one-year warranty on all eyeglasses, included in the purchase price. Unlike other optical shops that likely charge for a warranty, at the LookMobile we stand behind our products, only partnering with manufacturers that guarantee the quality of their lenses and frames.
This warranty covers your lenses for scratches, chips, pitting, and crazing. It also protects your frame against breakage during normal usage. Please note that the warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damage caused by accidents or improper use.
